PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
An Idaho native; Ms. Wolf has lived in Boise for the majority of her life, attended Boise schools, Boise State University, and has been married for 32 years, with two grown children. Her hobbies include downhill skiing, fly fishing, camping and backpacking. She is involved with various community and church activities in the treasure valley. After an earlier career in banking, Ms. Wolf entered the entrepreneurial world when she ventured out to own and operate a one-hour processing lab in 1985. The business was timely and successful in the Boise market and she sold the business in the fall of 1991. It was a natural step for Ms. Wolf to put her sales background, customer service and negotiation skills to work in a sales career with Idaho Business Forms, where she worked as an outside salesperson for the company for 12 years. The printing business allowed her to acquire and build many business relationships in the community and establish lasting associations that followed her into the creation of Idaho Tenant Consultants in 2002. Ms. Wolf established Idaho Tenant Consultants to address the need for tenant representation in the commercial real estate arena; be it in property/building sales or leasing. Recognizing that many new businesses owners were unfamiliar with the processes and negotiation skills necessary in buying or leasing office, retail or warehouse space Mrs. Wolf founded ITC. Some of the clientele that the company represented were Little Caesars Pizza, Domino’s Pizza, Mongolian Bistro, Great Northwest Insurance Company, Farmers Insurance, Nationwide Insurance, Digline Inc., Tutoring Club, Exergy Development Group, Dr. James Rosenberg, MRO Systems, and many other industrial, retail and office businesses in Idaho and the Boise Valley market.
