Lawrence is a native Idahoan with family roots dating back to 1891 when his great grandparents homesteaded in Meridian He has over 33 years of experience in the investment, sale, leasing and development of commercial real estate. Lawrence is a commercial real estate industry veteran and has a proven track record of assisting clients to achieve their financial goals. His focus on honesty and integrity combined with his significant industry and market knowledge have resulted in building lifelong client relationships. Further enhancing Lawrence’s ability to provide experienced representation is his own background in building a personal real estate portfolio, with allows him to further understand and deliver on his clients’ needs. For the past 17 years, Doug has been a professional in the commercial real estate industry and has extensive knowledge in acquisition/sales and management of commercial and residential investment properties. He is a member of National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and is a Certified Property Management (CPM) Candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

In 2004, Doug began his professional career in the commercial real estate industry and quickly became a top producer with a local area brokerage that focused on business merger /acquisitions and commercial real estate leasing /sales.

In 2006, Doug became a Registered Broker with the Idaho Real Estate Commission and started his own real estate brokerage focusing on buyer representation specializing in the acquisition of investment properties.

In 2010, Doug was asked to manage a prominent commercial real estate and multi- family development company. He was responsible for the management oversight of over 1000 multi-family residential units and several mixed-use commercial buildings (office, retail and residential) in Downtown Boise and periphery.
